I will practice on Wednesday, I think.

When I was teaching a vinyasa class yesterday, I actually tried to do some of poses myself. It seems that my rib is now in a pre-"crack" mode. It hurts to push my right arm back, like when I put on my clothes, but it is nothing compared to what it was three days ago. I really wanted to go to mysore practice today, but decided to be mature and give it a couple of more days to heal.

Rayna met some Japanese yogis in Mysore and posted links to their sites. Since she went private, I will post them here, too. Stunning photography!

Hurray! Alfia is healing :)
Good for you, being good to your body and taking the rest.

Oh, and my Mom's new husband is my step dad. :) My father-in-law in my husband's dad. I think ;)

Sometimes things get a little more open after a rest too.

I am going to practice tomorrow! Whew, I need it. I agree, Linda, rest helps sometimes, but right now I feel as stiff as a truck driver. Can barely touch my toes!

Did you write today? I am missing everything because of work. How unfair is that? :D

Work is totally over rated.

I should do some though, seeing as I'm at the office.

So... what's for lunch?

Not sure how you injured yourself, but I'm glad to see that you're taking it easy. I injured myself 3 months ago and have been unable to keep my steady practice, which is grating at me. Best wishes for healing!

Hi, Joy and A! Thank you! We'll see tomorrow if I am mature enough.
:D
Being out of practice sucks so much... Best of luck with your healing!

Hi Alfia
I'm glad you're feeling better. Thanks for the links. I was familiar with Govinda Kai's website and put a link on my blogroll, but I was not aware of Mae's site. Mae's site is very pretty. It's so nice that someone takes the time to compose such beautiful pictures with such artistry. And I see that that she gives credit to Govinda, whose photography is sensitive and beautiful as well. Govinda designed the webpage of AYSF also, which is nice and fun.

hugs
Arturo
