Some pictures, for a change. This iris was growing next to the building where I had my training. It was not dying as it may seem, the actual colors of the flower were brown, white and purple. It was much prettier in life:

I was doing my navasana to handstand back to navasana thing. I do it by the wall so I don't have any fear of premature flip. Greg saw a good one, gave me the thumbs up, and said, "Next to work on is putting your feet on your head between each one."

You know what she did today? She dipped her back leg into my paraffin bath. Silly cat. I do not know how to deal with it now. She tries to lick it off, but of course it does not work. Now she walks around and shakes it every second. Ugh...
